Experience and Qualifications

Assignments Australasia Pty Ltd’s key personnel bring with them a combined total of more than 47 years of industry experience, including

- representation and negotiation at senior government and professional levels;

- many years' experience in dealing with Boards, Committees, and volunteers;

- sound communication skills, both written and oral; and

- a strong focus on the public relations requirements of voluntary membership organisations.

- Our current client base comprises national and state-based Associations involved in the information management, recruitment, and building design industries.

Brian Morison, LLB, worked for the Master Builders Association of Victoria for more than 24 years, seven of which were as the MBAV’s Executive Director, and 20 years as its Deputy Executive Director. Prior to that, Brian worked for the (then) Victorian Chamber of Manufactures. He is a Bachelor of Laws, University of Melbourne; was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria; Foundation Member and Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators, Australia; an Honorary Member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria; Chairman of Victoria's Building Practitioners Board (1997-2000); and a part-time Commissioner of the Melton Shire Council.

Giselle Grynbaum, AIMM, worked for more than 12 years with the Master Builders Association of Victoria, and continued to work for the MBAV as a consultant for some time after setting up Assignments Australasia, particularly in respect to organising the Association’s special events and co-ordinating its publications. Prior to joining the MBAV, Giselle worked in public relations for several years. She held positions with the MBAV as its Director-Communications & Promotions, and prior to that as its Director-Membership Services. She is a respected editor of industry journals and publications, and has earned herself a reputation of attending to every detail, to ensure the success of every project she undertakes.
